there is this girl at uni and she loves to pick her pimples and her scabs and eat them in frount of everyone...you see no one is her friend and she dosent no why and i would like to tell her but she would get cut and i dont know how to talk to her about it please tell me how cause it is soooooooo gross!!!

It sounds like she has dermatillomania. It causes people to pick their skin uncontrollably. She might not even realize she's doing it in front of anyone.
I have it, and picking is a great stress reliever for me. I'm trying very hard to quit, but it's a form of OCD, so I'll have a hard time.She probably thinks she's the only one who does it. Tell her she's not. :)
Tell her she is consuming dead flesh, which probably has all sorts of nasty tidbits left over from the battles that go on between immune system and possible infections. Yummy.
Honesty and kindness should do it.
She will only be cut for a short time.
